RING jõutreening
This is a cyclical training; one cycle includes 10 exercises; attention will be given to main muscle groups and improving endurance. One workout session will consist of four cycles. Workout session will include all the major groups of muscles.
The workout will include a warm-up, muscle training session and will be completed with stretching routine. Workout will give you a proper physical load and burn loads of calories. Let’s burn your body!
